The Fastest Way to Get Rid of Cellulite Permanently

Cellulite is a problem that affects more than 85% of the women, yet its treatment seems to remain a secret. Well, I am one of those women that tried to solve the mystery and that used all kinds of creams, gels, scrubs, home-made treatments, wrapping etc.

Some of them worked for a small amount of time, some of them didn’t work at all, while others definitely made a difference.

I don’t think it’s necessary to put in different categories creams, lotions and gels because the result is pretty much the same: if you only apply them on your skin, even if you do it twice/day, your cellulite won’t disappear. Your skin will indeed look better, but that’s a result that you can get with any body lotion. The price doesn’t matter either, so don’t get fooled by the luxuriant anti-cellulite lotions from some high-end brand. Yet, some people swear by some lotions.. so what’s the trick? Well, if you’ll ask those people how they apply the product and how often, you’ll see the pattern pretty soon: they all massage the product into the skin at least once every 2 days.. And the message never takes less than 15 minutes. I promise that if you massage any kind of body lotion for 15 minutes or more onto the skin, you’ll quickly see the cellulite level dropping.

Now, the problem is that this massage method can’t make you get rid of ALL the cellulite, because the root of the problem is still there. Here come diet and sport. Yes, I know you don’t want to hear about these, but if you want real results, it’s time you started investing time in your health. After all, cellulite is not only an aesthetic problem but also a healthy one. Of course, you don’t have to cut back on ALL the chocolate and neither do you need a gym membership.

Try instead to eat real food that you can cook at home: veggies, chicken, fish, milk, cheese etc. It can taste absolutely delicious (waaay way better than street food) if you condiment it enough (also, condiments usually help with burning more calories). Drink lots of water and try to start the day with a glass of warm water + juice of half a lemon (this is something that should also help detox your body). As for sports, you don’t have to spend hours and hours in the gym or running too many miles. Do instead smart sport training: warm up a bit (with some easy cardio) and do either HIIT or strength training with small cardio intervals in between. Don’t worry about bulking up, that doesn’t happen that easily. Also, if you finish everything with some stretching, you’ll be able to build strong, lean muscles that will “eat” all your cellulite.

All this takes indeed time, but if you want long-lasting results, this is the way to do things. Plus, if you combine massage with clean eating and sport (the one that I presented before) you should be able to have visible results in about 4 weeks. If you start now, it’s enough time to get in shape till summer.
